MamaBAshop offers a "Product Request" service to its customers where customers can place a request
for any product that is not available in our shop. You as a customer gives us the product specifications
and how much you are prepared to spend and we at your service finds the product for you. This service is the first of its kind
in online shopping.
You have to be a registered customer of mamaBAshop to be able to enjoy this service.
How to use this service
After a successful login, click on "PRODUCT REQUEST" at top left of the shop, near the shopping basket.
You will be taking to a page where you can place your order.
You can follow the status of your request at "My requests" in your account.
Additional messages concerning your request will be sent either to your email or to "My messages" in your account.
