Placing an order at mamaBAshop follows the same principles as going for shopping in a supermarket. You normally takes a basket and place selected items in it at a supermarket. You can remove some items from the basket and add some more. You go to the counter to pay for your purchase when you are done. This same idea is what mamabashop has implemented and has tried to make it as easy as possible.

Shopping basket All the items that you want to purchase are placed in the shopping basket. You can find the basket at the top right of mamabashop with the basket symbol. The basket gives a summary of the number of items it contains and the total cost.

Adding item to your basket To add items to your shopping basket, click on the item you wish to purchase. On the item’s description page, select the quantity of the product and click "Add to Basket".

View items in your shopping basket You can view the contents, price, total cost, availability and number of items (which can be modified) by clicking on "View Basket" at the top right of mamabashop. You can continue shopping by clicking on "Continue shopping" or go ahead to order your product by clicking on "Check out" in the basket view at this point.

Register or log in You will now be prompted to log on to your account, if you are not already logged in into your account. If you do not have a mamaBAshop account you can create one with us.

Verify your details Once logged on you will be able to confirm or (change) your invoice and delivery address.

Choose how to pay Choose how you would like to pay for your order: by Bank Transfer or by Hire Purchase. Click "Next" after selecting your payment method.

Confirm your order A summary of your order will be shown. Click "Submit to complete your order". Once your order has been completed you can check its status in "My orders".
